I decided pretty early on that I wouldn't be voting for Nat West for Portland City Council.

But if I hadn't, the mailer that just showed up at the house would have sealed the deal, for sure.

    1. It's in the left sidebar. If you don't see it, click on the "burger" symbol. No on all the ballot measures. No Republicans, for anything, ever again.

    2. Yeah, like the Republicans have really messed up Portland.

    3. The Republicans have given their party over to monsters. They have "really messed up" the entire country. They are not welcome in Portland, and rightly so.

    4. I respect your opinion, but I think you're wrong. I wish there were better choices, but I'm going with Trump, and it's not even close.. The Democratic party left me a long time ago. The pandering to the far=left has been too much to endure.

    5. As opposed to pandering to billionaires and religious zealots?

    6. Good one! You really got me! My gosh, why didn't I see that before? Clearly, I don't see it your way, but I sincerely wish you peace.

  3. If you have to ask someone who to vote for, you shouldn’t be voting.

    1. How is asking someone who they're voting for, and presumably why, any different than reading about the candidates or watching the news? Especially if it's someone well informed?

  4. Why anyone would take one guy's recommendations for voting is beyond my ability to comprehend.

The platform used for this blog is awfully wonky when it comes to comments. It may work for you, it may not. It's a Google thing, and beyond my control. Apologies if you can't get through. You can email me a comment at jackbogsblog@comcast.net, and if it's appropriate, I can post it here for you.
