Back on the block

You might want to break out the old KN-95 masks for a while. I got a booster last fall, but the bug is moving faster than the shots.

  1. It’s been two weeks since I first tested positive. The first week was awful. My balance and fatigue are still not good. Conventional wisdom says I’ll be fighting this for another two weeks.

  2. I have yet to contract Covid but then I am pretty much a recluse.

  3. The lipid nano particles and spike protein in the shots are not good for your health and weaken your immune system. Plus the virus mutates around the virus strain, so it is counter-productive, which is why people keep getting sick.

    1. Well not being a virologist I don't know how to respond except as a person who grew up and received just about every vaccination (starting with Polio) made available and in a time when people lined up to receive them and trusted the science behind them. Never suffered an ill effect and I'm quite healthy in my 70's.

  4. I finally caught it for the first time in April. Was fortunate my insurance covered the cost of Paxlovid; my friends who caught it at the same event as me weren't as lucky.

Sending good thoughts. Hydrate and get cozy with the remote.

  5. Feel better soon. It's been making the rounds but hasn't been too ferocious this time around from what I can tell.

The platform used for this blog is awfully wonky when it comes to comments. It may work for you, it may not. It's a Google thing, and beyond my control. Apologies if you can't get through. You can email me a comment at jackbogsblog@comcast.net, and if it's appropriate, I can post it here for you.
