Here are the Week 20 underdogs

First things first: Like last week, all picks are due by 1:30 p.m. PST SATURDAY.

We're down to brass tacks in our charity pro football underdog game. There are just four games this weekend, and two next weekend – that's all she wrote, folks. But with this week's spreads, things are still mighty interesting for the players near the top of our standings. Here they be, with the underdogs in caps:

9.5  GREEN BAY at San Francisco

9  HOUSTON at Baltimore

6.5  TAMPA BAY at Detroit

2.5  KANSAS CITY at Buffalo

Our latest standings are here. The top three finishers get to designate prizes to go to their favorite eligible charities.

In some years, things boil down to a chess game among the top players at this point. But with spreads like this week's, there's still a goodly amount of uncertainty.

To those players who are tempted to give up at this point, I say, recalling Blutarski's famous address at Faber College, "Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?" No! Play for pride.
