The thanks you get from the City of Portland

I remember when the Grant High School parents literally held bake sales to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for a new soccer and football field. Now they'll be asked to do it again, because the city and the school board (thanks, Julia Brimming-Over) let the field go to hell despite collecting hundreds of thousands of dollars of "user fees."
