Happy days are here again

In a daring move, the Portland police have removed the boards from the windows and glass doors at their downtown precinct. And an alert reader reports that the feds have done the same thing at the immigration jail in the South Waterfront (SoWhat) district.

You can just see the black-bloc army giggling in glee. Well see how long the plate glass lasts, but if I were the cops, I'd keep the particle board and 2-by-4's handy.

    need someone to submit a FOIA request for the memo from the city government directing the PPB to take the plywood down due to 'optics'

      You could try, but the city attorney's office will jerk you around royally as you try to get it.
