Looks like it's Republicans
I posted overnight about mailers that have been coming in from a shadowy "coalition" operating out of an address in northwest Portland. The website Oregon Capital Chronicle had some of the same questions I had, but also a lot more energy to pursue them. Turns out "Suite 6" is a box in a postal annex.
