When you say "space," you're right in the wheelhouse of Portland Congressman Earl "the Pearl" Blumenauer. The guy has been a space cadet his entire career.

And he has a solution for everything: more taxes.

Put it all together, and you could see this coming many miles away.

    What old Earl doesn't realize is that a lot of that tax money goes into improving air travel infrastructure like terminal and runways. If he goes ahead and taxes this, they'll just move it offshore.
