Fighting ohm-lessness
Here's a wild one: The tent dwellers in North Portland are climbing up utility poles and tapping into the power grid with extension cords.
This is what happens when you normalize camping. It's all kinda funny until somebody gets killed or their house or business burns down.
Maybe the $2.1 BILLION we're throwing at this problem through the bizarre "Metro" government will help. But I sure do wish somebody would get started.
