How low can they go?

First they made it a crime to leave water for desperate people crossing the desert to try to get a better life for themselves and their families.

Then they made it a crime to give water to people waiting in line for five hours to exercise their right to vote in elections.

When you make it a crime to give water to people who are thirsty, you lack basic human decency. You are a poor excuse for a person.

And you are probably a Republican.
