Among the living

There is something you need to remember in all this. You must give yourself a break. These are hellish times. You're doing the best you can.

You're operating under stress and challenges that are off the charts. Think of all the tales of loss that have piled up over the past year. So much of what we thought we had was taken away. 

Here's one tale. It's just one of the hundreds of millions. But it is told well.

You have a story, too, whether it's told or not. Give yourself credit for still being here, still in possession of a human soul.
