Cousin Jack rides again
They say that the internet is an echo chamber, that we filter out other points of view and limit ourselves to commentators who share our pre-established views. It's like we're singing in the shower. To ourselves, it sounds good. But maybe it isn't.
I've got that in the back of my mind as I listen to the "radio station" that Apple Music has compiled on me. Having monitored my music listening habits for a number of years, their artificial intelligence has got me down pretty darn well.
But the robot mixes it up better than I ever could. When the next song comes on, more often than not it brings a smile.
When it's time for something a little different, the robot puts together a playlist every week of some of what my music "friends" have on. That's a good one, too. We live in amazing times.

The platform used for this blog is awfully wonky when it comes to comments. It may work for you, it may not. It's a Google thing, and beyond my control. Apologies if you can't get through. You can email me a comment at jackbogsblog@comcast.net, and if it's appropriate, I can post it here for you.
