ReplyDeleteA true song about a drug bust at Bard College in Annendale-On-Hudson, New York involving the founding members of Steely Dan. The weirdest detail is that the local prosecutor - referred to as Daddy Gee in this - was none other than G. Gordon Liddy of Watergate fame.
ReplyDeleteThat was the song that made me a Steely Dan-head for good. Then when Katy Lied came up, I was done for. Such masterpieces.
