State can't sue feds over occupation, says Judge Mosman
The judge says the Oregon attorney general doesn't have standing to sue on behalf of the state's citizens. Who does? No one, apparently.
The folks at the U.S. attorney's office must be high-fiving each other over Zoom right about now. Sadly, they are on the wrong side of history, and within a short time, they will look back on this day with regret.
UPDATE, later that day: Check out this remarkable clip of the U.S. attorney, Billy Williams, today falsely, falsely, falsely denying to KGW that the armed stormtroopers are out on the streets at night. They are on the streets every night. They go as far as the bus mall sometimes. And with the Portland cops forbidden by law from helping them, they will have to be out on the streets every night.

The platform used for this blog is awfully wonky when it comes to comments. It may work for you, it may not. It's a Google thing, and beyond my control. Apologies if you can't get through. You can email me a comment at jackbogsblog@comcast.net, and if it's appropriate, I can post it here for you.
